Section 37A
Can be posted as revenue police:

(1) As mentioned in section 37, unless there is a separate arrangement for the revenue police, the Government of Nepal may appoint the Armed Police Force, the Armed Police of Nepal to work as the revenue police as per the need under the department.
(2) The Revenue Police shall work under the direct authority and control of the Director General.
(3) If there is any reasonable cause that someone has committed or is about to commit a revenue leak, the revenue police shall stop him from committing such acts by the order of the Director General or the relevant investigation officer.
(4) If he acts violently or forcefully while trying to stop as per sub-section (3), the revenue police shall remind him not to do so.
(5) Revenue police can arrest him if he commits hulhujjat or coercion despite being reminded in accordance with sub-section (4).
(6) If he tries to arrest as per sub-section (5), if he uses force or tries to escape or if he cannot be arrested immediately, for his own defense and compliance with his duties, the revenue police stationed at the place of the incident by the order of the Director General concerned investigation officer shall first fire in the air to prevent such incident and while doing so Even if the situation is not under control or if the person carrying the gun has a weapon, they can also shoot so that there is less damage.
(7) If it is suspected that any transport or vehicle is transporting revenue evading goods, the revenue police may stop or order to stop such vehicle as well. In case of disobeying such an order, the Revenue Police may shoot such a vehicle in such a way as to cause less damage to the wheels, after taking the order of the Director General or the relevant investigation officer, if they try to drive away such a vehicle without checking it by force or coercion.
(8) In the case of firing according to sub-section (6) or (7), the information of the matter shall be given to the Director General and Chief District Officer of the relevant district if ordered by the investigating officer, and to the Chief District Officer of the relevant district and the Prime Minister's Office if ordered by the Director General.
